We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is ideal, situated right next to a Metro station and in the heart of the city. It was very convenient for us to explore the area and it wasn't far from Nevsky Prospect. The service provided was top-notch with amenities such as shoe shine service, wake up calls, and ironing facilities available in the room. We also appreciated the mini-bar and wardrobe for our belongings. The free toiletries and bath/shower provided were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great bonus and we enjoyed having the option to dine in with the in-room breakfast or at the snack bar. the staff were excellent and we left feeling well taken care of.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends for their stay.

During our stay, we were delighted by the location of the hotel being close to the underground station, which made it easy to reach the main sightseeing places in the center. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The room was cozy, with a clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. We were lucky to have a fantastic view of the city, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. there was a supermarket in the mall, which was conveniently attached to the hotel.

One of the elevators was not working correctly during our stay, which caused some waiting times to get to and from the room.

It took more than a hour to "find" Booked.net confirmation in hotel, and in this hour they tried to make me pay their official price (which is of course higher) telling me that my booking seems to be invalid.

My Christmas stay at this value hotel was great! The staff was polite and courteous, and they provided clean rooms with fresh linen and laundry every day. The breakfast was adequate and included an extensive buffet with enough to start my day. The location is one of its best aspects. It is right next to a shopping center, so it was easy to get whatever I needed. The hotel is also centrally located, making it a great starting point to explore the city. I also appreciated the free Internet access provided during my stay.

The Internet was a bit hit and miss at times. The room I was in was on the side of the building, which made it noisier than what I was hoping for.

There was very stuffy in the room. We can not open the windows, and air conditioner was out of order.

The Hotel is conveniently located, close to the main street. No street noise. Quite a variety of food for breakfast as for the hotel category, although basic versions of food types (E.G. very simple cheeses).

Handling credit card details was clearly very strange. Despite of reserving via Booked.net which includes providing my credit card details while booking, when checking-in my credit card was requested to be copied "for security reasons". Difficult to argue against this at 3 A.M. being tired... It was mentioned that it would not be debited, but it was within the next 4 hours. Anyway, I wanted to pay for the hotel, but not spreading around the security code of my credit card. And when I was checking out it took several minutes to make the guy at the reception understand that I dont wish to pay again for the room. The building inside is a bit depressing: very long and darkish corridors. I have booked a double room, but received one with two single beds.

The hotel was very conveniently located to shopping and good restaurants.

Air conditioning was advertised but not turned on for my stay due to the cool nights. With reports of a West Nile virus outbreak, and mosquitos in my room, the air conditioning would have been appropriate.

No wireless internet facility at the room. I would recommend this hotel but not for business trip.

I loved how convenient the location was, just a few minutes' walk away from the metro station and many tourist attractions. This made it easy to explore the city and try out different cafes and restaurants. Also, the staff was prompt and helpful whenever I needed anything. In addition, the room was immaculately clean, including the crisp bed sheets, which were changed every day. Lastly, the breakfast was very good, and there was even a nice touch of service where it was served in my room.

The hotel staff wasn't at the lobby was inadequate. The laundry service was very slow; they have taken my shirt the day I checked in (Friday) and handed back to me when I checked out (Sunday).
